Oh, darling—let’s talk about New Moon Water.

Yes, moon water. As in: take some water, let it bathe in the glow of a full moon, whisper your best intentions into it, and wake up the next morning feeling like the High Priestess of Hydration.

🌝 What IS new moon water, anyway?

Think of moon water as the cosmic cousin of your fancy spa water—except instead of cucumber slices and lemon wedges, it’s infused with lunar radiance, emotional clarity, and a dash of mystery.

It’s the art (and slight witchery) of leaving a jar of water under the full moon’s light so it can soak up all that celestial sass. The result? A potion that blesses, balances, and quite possibly turns you into a slightly more magical version of yourself by morning.

🌙 The energy of the new moon

Our silvery nightlight-in-the-sky tugs on oceans, regulates our planet’s wobble and syncs up with our cycles with our bodies.

Ever notice your moods—or, ahem, menstrual cycles—playing tag with the moon phases? You’re not imagining things. The moon is like that emotionally perceptive friend who calls just as you’re crying over nothing but actually everything.

She’s all about emotion, intuition, and gentle chaos. Which makes her perfect for charging up some seriously vibey water.

💧 Water: the drama queen of elements

Water is basically the empath of the natural world -— it feels everything!!! 🙂
So when you put water out under a full moon, it soaks up all that divine yin energy and says, “Yes, girl, I receive.”

(If you’re into science-meets-magic, Dr. Masaru Emoto, proved water literally changes based on your thoughts. Talk about being sensitive.)

🌝 When to make it

New moon nights = yes. I made mine the day before and will wait until the day after to use it – max manifestation capacity!!!

Lunar eclipses = big, fat NO. Eclipse energy is like cosmic static—do you really want moody eclipse water splashed on your aura? Exactly.

🧙‍♀️ How to make your own moon water

1. Find a pretty glass jar (because let’s be real, aesthetics matter).
2. Fill it with spring water or filtered water and ask the water for all the frequencies required for you!
3. Add herbs or flowers for extra potent manifesting effects 🙂

Here are some we like:

* Manifestation herbs: dandelion, cinnamon, clover.
* Intuition herbs: clary sage and rose.
* Dream herbs: jasmine.

4. Toss in a crystal near by and charge it up too!
Quartz, rose quartz, amethyst—those are your safe bets.

5. Set a mindful intention. Label it if you want to feel official. (“Clarity,” “Emotional Healing,” or my personal favorite, “Main Character Energy.”)
6. Leave it out overnight when the new moon pulls.
7. In the morning, strain, sip, and feel like you’re starring in a slow-motion wellness montage.

💫 Benefits of new moon water

* Blesses your body and your inbox (kidding—not kidding).  See the blessings!
* Brings up hidden blocks so you can release them.
* Enhances your channeling or intuition capacities.
* Cleanses your aura, space, and probably your group chat.
* Let you body and mind choose for you.

🛀 Ways to use it

* Pour it into a bath and soak in your intention.
* Spritz it on your face as a “celestial mist”
* Use it to cleanse your crystals, tarot cards, or your sad, sad life – LOL!

So there you have it: your very own DIY lunar elixir ritual.
All you need is water, moonlight, and a hint of mischief.

Now go forth, moon goddess—hydrate and ascend.

Love,

Jeneth & Lyanca
